Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and link so you can follow your package’s journey.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs inspections, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, pandemics).

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at salienkhamladda@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can assist with tracking.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
